In his 40 years of experience in the entertainment industry, the California-native has amassed a resume that includes artist management, concert and tour promotion, television, video and film production and entertainment marketing. Oswald’s entrée into the world of entertainment came through producing festivals and live events. As his company grew, so did the scale of the events. The massive Rockfest at Texas Motor Speedway in 1999 starred Bush, No Doubt, Counting Crows, Wallflowers, Goo Goo Dolls, Matchbox 20, Jewel and others. Over 340,000 people gathered for the history-making event, which ranks in the Top 10 at #9 for attendance of all live concert events in world history and aired simultaneously on MTV and VH1 worldwide.

Currently in National Syndication on major networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX) is the Oswald created hit TV series THE SONG Recorded Live starring artists including Jewel, Train, Stephen Marley, CeeLo Green, Rick Springfield, Jason Mraz, Don McLean and many more profiling some of the biggest hits in the history of contemporary music. His extensive slate of shows have aired on virtually all music channels and top broadcast and cable networks. His film and video production work has been nominated and won awards from the likes of the Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association, Country Music Television and Recording Acadamy (Grammy’s). In 2003, collaborating with Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson & others, Oswald was instrumental in launching the Muzik Mafia, a collective of unknown and under appreciated artists who went on to redefine and expand the boundaries of country music as we know it today. Current OEG artist management clients include critically-acclaimed and award-winning country duo Big & Rich and Julio Iglesias Jr., singer/songwriter/worldwide pop star and actor. Julio's new album is set to release 2021 & is being produced by world renowned producer & hit song writer, Rudy Perez. Oswald also created, developed and produced the record setting two year 100 city Alabama American Farewell Tour, the final tour of the legendary country super group Alabama.
His innovative, integrated marketing campaigns have resulted in partnerships with key clients such as Chevrolet, Mars Candy, General Motors, Proctor and Gamble, Ally Bank, Microsoft, Anheuser-Busch, KICKER AUDIO, Blockbuster Video, Hard Rock, Crown Royal, Miller Brewing Company, Harley-Davidson and many others.
In addition to his work in the entertainment space, Oswald cofounded a hospitality and resort company and turned the former estate of country music great Barbara Mandrell into one of Nashville’s top new visitor destinations – the critically acclaimed Fontanel, featuring The Chevrolet Woods Amphitheatre and Nashville’s top rated hotel, The Inn at Fontanel. In July of 2011, he opened his second major resort, The Deadwood Mountain Grand Casino - Resort – Hotel and Event Center in Deadwood, SD.
Marc recently became partners in the historic Hickok's Hotel & Casino (East, 1899), also located in the heart of Deadwood, SD. As a young teenager, the minute Charlie watched the Y-100 radio station banner being hung up at the roller skating rink in his home town of Ft Lauderdale, Florida, he knew music was his calling.
This 31 year music industry veteran hailing from Queens, NY started his career by launching his own record label Futura International Records at age 18, with the first release being his own band Linear and the Pop Smash "Sending All My Love" in 1989. Not only did he write the songs, produce and sing in the band, he tapped himself as the head of the radio promotion team. The problem... it was only him with five alias names and five different voices to make the company seem larger and if you can believe it, it worked! Linear went on to have multi platinum sales world wide. Charlie has continued on that course of success and has lent his talents to many known acts as a songwriter, producer, publisher, A&R executive and manager.
Charlie is now the new Senior Vice President at Oswald Entertainment Group overseeing day to day management activities for multi platinum hit duo Big & Rich and their self operated record label B&R Records. Additionally Charlie launched and owns the hit syndicated radio program “Country Fried Remix“ hosted by his partner DJ Sinister which is currently airing on country radio coast to coast. Charlie loves and excels in artist development and is dedicated to helping both known and unknown artist find the next rung in their ladders of success! Past experience in the film & tv industry included stunt work in LA where she became a member of The Screen Actors Guild, as well as a short sponsored stint racing on the (AMA/ATVA) National Motocross Circuit. This 2024 race season, she will be back in the saddle again, this time racing her first round of the National GNCC on her 450 race bike!
Krista began KMedia Design in 2015 more by necessity to shoot video & drone footage & to create & edit her own videos in this rapidly growing world of social media & currently manages, edits & curates social media for celebrity clients & companies.
Today she also helps produce and create content for her partner and husband Marc Oswald and their businesses. In 2010 she was signed to Warner/Electra Records as 1/3 of the trio called THE FARM scoring a Billboard hit with their self penned debut single “Home Sweet Home”. THE FARM toured extensively throughout the US and abroad and made numerous national TV appearances including performing The National Anthem at multiple NFL, NHL and MLB games.
